Real and Alive, or Just More of Man's Religion

Father is ALWAYS providing Opportunities for us to Grow into the “image of His Son” (1Jn2, Rom.8, 1Peter2)—it is His Passion and Plan!  So, now…Picture this: Some human is speaking to you, giving you gifts, protecting you, showing you love and kindness—and you barely look up or acknowledge him or her, and barely respond when he or she speaks to you. You not only don’t match their energy in response, you barely budge. Is THAT how a relationship works, with God or man? Can you IMAGINE that God will continue to pour out to those who don’t look Him in the eye and respond to Him and His in humility, gratitude, love, and sacrifice? What would happen in such a human relationship? Consider how to protect and invest in what can be lost by neglect, or pride, or laziness, or lack of gratitude or responsiveness. Father WANTS to Change us—it’s His Passion and Plan! But, He wants “ALL our heart, all our soul, all our mind, all our strength” as our small part of the Deal. : )
