Commune, Commune-ication??

Thoughts from a non believer on communication which i found good. : )

We heard a book review, in French, today:

“Modern communication is an ideology, a near religion. If you tell people that technological communication is just an extremely tiny part of all human communication, you get spurned.

“Real communication has to do with how much you are able to care for and interact with the person that lives right next to you.”

The term he used for the internet/Facebook/etc: “‘Interactive solitude”.
