Does God "Need" Relationships?

How could a great and powerful and perfect God want or need anybody or anything, when He is Everything?

A Perfect God created man in His very own likeness, and this Perfect God said, “It’s not good for man to be alone...” Wow! What a deep and wonderful mystery! Something about God’s nature, His likeness, loves relationships! So, keep listening for the mysteries... and Explore for yourself!

Other world religions have a god who is a loner with rules, and the God of Israel is a God of love and community. It’s just in His heart. Does he need anyone or anything, per se? Of course not—He’s God. But it’s in His nature and He wants Community, Friendship, Kingdom, People, and Love.

In that sense, we can understand the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, and the Son in the Father and the Father in the Son.

We can understand the angels and all of creation far better if we understand that the Creator God creates love at the foundation of the universe. Cold stones flying through outer space does not fulfill Him and His love. 5:52pm
