Somebody told me

You only love God because He

Has given you a life of plenty

When tested you will break

I told him that's not me

I admit I've always lived with plenty

But this isn't just religion that's empty

When tested I won't break

He could take it away

All the things everybody else cares about

I would gladly live without

For the Glory that awaits me

He's all I need

I'll tell you what's scary

The thought of losing everything

But I live for His Glory

My eyes are set on eternal things
