Wisdom is Proved Right by Her Children

I was sharing the yellow book with a friend, and he informed me that he had heard similar things from another “writer.” And, maybe, from what little I have read, I have seen similar themes: Focus on the Head—Jesus, death to self, organic life, no denominations, no pastors, Christ leads the meeting, daily life, etc. What do you think?

Have never heard of them, but... “Wisdom is proved Right by her CHILDREN” (the OFFSPRING of their teaching—the FRUIT, the RESULTS—not the words), as Jesus said. Borrowed information is VERY different than REVELATION and IMPARTATION, which cultivates and multiplies TRANSFORMATION, by God’s Grace and Power. So, what LIFE is there, and what freedom of sin and shallowness is emerging is the real test, not what someone can borrow from other people’s books and rewrite and publish to make money or to draw people to themselves. SO, hard to say. “Writings” (books, songs, “sermons,” etc.) mean SO very little compared to the “Living letters,” and we can’t know anything about THAT (their life together, leaven in the batch, child-rearing, etc.) by words in print, borrowed or otherwise. Hard to say!
