BOARD CHECKING in hockey is when a player body checks, pushes, or otherwise hits an opponent in a way that sends them forcefully into the boards.

This is what we do with thoughts that are NOT emanating from, nor representative of, Jesus of Nazareth.

Phone or device use? “Scroll, baby, scroll”?

Board check the lazy, useless, habit.

Diversions? Online chess, puzzles, streaming movies, news or gaming?

Board check the diversion.

Curiosity leading you all over the internet?

Board check the sloppy, dangerous path.

Fantasies and imaginations, jealousy, or resentment, or unforgiveness. Vanity, or pride, or workaholic. Food lust, clothing lust, jewelry lust, automobile lust, house or neighborhood lust?

Board check it, or YOU WILL LOSE!
