“Do all things without complaining and disputing, that you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world, holding fast the word of life...”

Being above reproach and appearing as lights in the world seem tied to NOT grumbling, debating, fussing, arguing....

For me, Thanking Father for His goodness and generosity and care has always cut through the fog and temptations to complain and worry. Including this morning.

Within the last couple weeks, I rewrote that verse for some children..... “Do everything without complaining or arguing, so that you may become blameless and pure, innocent children of God in a twisted and messed up world. If you do this, you will shine like Bright Stars in the dark sky as you hold firmly to the Word of Life.”
