Doulos
from one of our young ones, and your young ones :)
And we DO even get to eat at our Master's side. As we kneel to worship and serve, He pulls us to His side :) (John 15)

My banner is the towel of a servant; My flag the cloth that wipes my Master's feet; My riches are the service I bring others; As I kneel before my Master's seat. A doulos does not eat at his Master's side; But serves Him until the meal is done; My food is the pleasure of my Master; Satisfaction for me is already won. My banner is the towel of a servant; My crown is the sweat upon my brow; I care not what the future holds in store for me; I live for my Master, here and now! My throne is the floor where I kneel; Cleaning my Master's feet; My place is on the floor before Him; That this great honor I would meet! My only desire in life; Is to serve my Master today; I listen for His whispered call; My joy is to serve Him in any way. My riches are the moments with my Master; Jewels and gold could never compare; With the love I have for my Master; Any hardship for Him I'll endure. Some may say I am foolish; To work with no returned pay; But they have received their reward in full; I have gained riches that never fade away. I chose Yesu as my Master; The day that He set me free; I'm a doulos forever, under my Lord; He shed His Blood and died for me.
