FIX YOUR EYES ON JESUS!

Instead of ambivalence or apathy or fog…
Instead of ignoring Him…
Instead of attending Him once in awhile…
Instead of “saying a little prayer”…
Instead of acting pathetic as if navel-gazing will impress Him…
SIMPLY, FIX YOUR EYES ON JESUS!!!!
“And we all, with unveiled face, beholding the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another. For this comes from the Lord who is the Spirit.”
We are “fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.”
“And let us gaze at Yeshua, him who is The Author and The Perfecter of our faith.”
“We must focus on Jesus, the source and goal of our faith.”
“We do this by keeping our eyes on Jesus, the champion who initiates and perfects our faith.”
We are “looking steadfastly on Jesus the leader and completer of faith.”
We are “simply fixing our gaze upon Jesus, our Prince Leader in the faith.”
JESUS is the Author of Total Forgiveness, by His Blood, for all who relinquish themselves into Him! We are JUSTIFIED FREELY, by FAITH (Abandonment). JUSTIFIED…. “JUST AS IF I” NEVER SINNED! (John Avant)
Our “offenses” as great as they were for each of us, never even make it to trial. By Jesus’ Blood, “Clothed in Christ,” our guilt is THROWN OUT OF COURT, ENTIRELY!
Grasp it. LIVE it. In HIS Honor! Don’t think you are somehow honoring Him by being pathetic and wishy-washy and indecisive if you are in Covenant with Him. :)
We come BOLDLY before Him, because of what HE has done.
“Therefore let us approach the throne of grace with boldness, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us at the proper time.”
Y’shua, JESUS is the AUTHOR.
and, JESUS is the FINISHER, by HIS SPIRIT, OF ALL THAT HE YET WANTS TO DO IN US AND THROUGH US!
FIX YOUR EYES ON JESUS!
When your job is really, really bad… instead of whining or scheming or quitting or retaliating, FIX YOUR EYES ON JESUS. It’s a choice. Do it. He will notice and CARE.
When your job is seemingly really good… instead of strutting or resting or judging others or accumulating the praise of men or the trinkets of Egypt and Babylon, FIX YOUR EYES ON JESUS.
When you are “between jobs”… instead of worrying or fretting or being depressed or angry or striving or judging, FIX YOUR EYES ON JESUS.
When a relationship you cherish seems to be going very badly… instead of lashing out, or hiding, or retaliating, or wandering, or compensating, or striving, or judging, FIX YOUR EYES ON JESUS.
When a relationship or relationships you cherish seem to be going well… instead of gloating or taking for granted as if you are owed or deserve anything, be only grateful and inclusive, and FIX YOUR EYES ON JESUS.
When you are hurt… instead of pulling back and withdrawing, or clenching your fist, or allowing depression, FIX YOUR EYES ON JESUS. Choose to do so! CHOOSE to do so!
When you are happy… don’t forget the Author and the Completer. Be grateful and “conscious of God” at all times, and FIX YOUR EYES ON JESUS, always willing to allow others your happiness instead of your own.
When your health is ominous or painful or terminal or limiting… Exactly. You know. FIX YOUR EYES ON JESUS.

When your finances or your children or your future or your past are heavy or hurtful or uncertain, there is only One Place to go.
It’s a conscious choice, every minute, good or bad. We can get swallowed by earthly circumstances. OR, we can CHOOSE to take that moment and humble our hearts and CONNECT with our Maker and the Lover of our souls... the cleanser of our past, the justifier of our present, the purpose and hope of our future.
FIX YOUR EYES ON JESUS, the Author and the Finisher of our FAITH!
“And we all, with unveiled face, beholding the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another. For this comes from the Lord who is the Spirit.”
