Follow Jesus With Acceleration

We had been “conditioned” to think of religion as something to embrace, and Christianity as something to belong to.

But, doesn’t “Follow Me” imply HE KNOWS THE WAY on the journey of this life? We follow him because HE KNOWS THE WAY.

We all get fatigued, but the creepy imprisoned “dad” of Robert the Bruce was WRONG when he passed on filthy advice to his son, out of his own greed and failure, “all men lose heart.”

NO.

When we, in the race, are “*leaning into* the final two turns”—and then the straightaway to the finish line—WE “FOLLOW” JESUS AND DO NOT EVER LOSE HEART! We accelerate. JESUS decides when “it is finished” and we’re leaving it ALL on the Track.

We will NOT have a failure of will, or failure of heart rounding the final two turns. We FOLLOW Jesus. He didn’t. We won’t! Go! Go! GOOOOO! Give it all. He did.
