Grace Upon Grace

“For from his fullness we have all received, grace upon grace.” John 1:16

Introspection is hard work. The enemy taunts, “You may as well run, or give up.”

And yet, “For from his fullness we have all received, grace upon grace.”

So, what will we choose to do, in light of that.

Cruise control is seldom sustainable or desirable. Setbacks are unwelcome pain and confusion, and yet are generally where the next level of actual Growth will arise—IF we refuse to run or grow weary.

“For from his fullness we have all received, grace upon grace.”

It’s easy to be a quitter, and it’s more difficult to look within yourself honestly and open your eyes and heart and hands to God.
