Honor Your Parents

Honor your father and mother. That doesn’t mean just go up to your parents and say, “I honor you.”

There are lots of ways that you can honor or dishonor your parents that are very practical.

How do you talk to them?
Do you listen when they talk to you?
How do you respond when you know they want you to do something?
What do you do when they’re not watching?
Do you honor the order they’ve set up in your house?

Honoring someone means you pay attention and that you care about what they think.
