Thank Father For His "Irrational" Love!

Father, THANK YOU for Investing in this Gift to us, from a billion light years away, and yet a breath away... to Change and guide our thoughts, our reactions, our decisions, our impulses, our values and priorities, our relationships, and our Destiny.

ALSO: thank you for the Living Gifts that faithfully Feed us with Your Living Word, that proclaim it in season, and out of season—reminding us, kicking us in the pants, blowing wind in our sails with all patience and instructive life-proven, fruit-bearing truths. Help us all be THAT, every day, to each other. Because You know how, like sheep, we can be prone to wander, not out of disSatisfaction with You, but simply because the smallest butterfly can distract us from Your Path. Thank you Great Shepherd for your Men and Women who wisely guide the Way!

Of course God is rational and makes His decisions about human past present and future based on His Plan and the “group dynamics” of Satan’s lemmings in the streets and marketplace, just as in Noah’s day, and Sodom’s day.

But there’s another side of God. He ALSO “irrationally” LOVES His children. And to the extent WE will be like our little ones, romping and hopping and exploring and learning joyfully, HE loves to hear our needs and desires and requests, and is as “irrationally” desirous to “answer our prayer” as a parent watching that romping and joy with a twinkle in their eyes.
