The Joy, the Gift, the Freedom of LIFE!

Hi family, this is a quote from a video we watched recently and i thought it went along with the recent e-mail about how we would view life if we only had a couple more days, weeks, months…to live. It was encouraging and special to me and wanted to share it with you!!

“We’ve got to tell everybody. We’ve got to remind them how good it is to be alive! People have forgotten what life is all about. They have forgotten what it is to be alive. They need to be reminded about what they have and what they can lose. What I feel is the joy of life, the gift of life, the freedom of life, and wonderment of life!!! People don’t appreciate the simple things in life such as work, play, friendships…”

This is a little section (paraphrased) from a 12 Baskets Full audio that goes along too…

It has to do with the day by day walk with Jesus and specifically loving each other, being Jesus to one another, taking the time to look into each other’s eyes and care for them from your heart. So, I hope we learn that lesson before our lives are over and this is all done and our time is up. I don’t want to find out that we were just a neat little fellowship that had closer relationships than most (maybe closer than anyone in the world would have), but never really ever grabbed hold of all God had for us.
