God's leadership is mature in Jesus, useful to God and affects people's lives. It is filled with the Spirit and hates sin, but empties itself, not demanding its rights. False leaders don't have the fruit of God in their own lives, and they aren't reproducing Godly fruit in the lives of others.When anointed leadership isn't present, man wants to fill the void with programs, buildings and man-made props.
