Let the Weak Become Strong… HOW?

6/21/2024

1. Relying on God’s strength rather than one’s own:
“But he said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.’ Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.” (2 Corinthians 12:9)

2. Embracing weakness as an opportunity for God’s power:
“That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.” (2 Corinthians 12:10)

3. Trusting in God’s presence and support:
“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” (Joshua 1:9)

4. Finding identity and completeness in Christ:
“For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily; and you ARE complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power.” (Colossians 2:9-10)

5. Allowing God’s Spirit to work through human limitations:
“Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit, says the Lord of hosts.” (Zechariah 4:6)
