The Next Move, Is the Only Move
3/11/2026
“I draw breath another day, not to explain or deny or even understand the past, nor expectations or guarantees for the future: just to serve at your pleasure, oh God, to the best of my ability—and then better the next day. ‘Forgetting what is behind,’ as our friend Paul said—my next move is my only move.”
The difference between guilt and shame is that the first is “what someone did,” and the second is “who they are.”
By the blood of Jesus, the antidote for sin is not lack of sin. (1 John1).
The antidote for sin is love and faith and humility, looking at Him—rather than licking wounds and cowering.
The “who we are” is hidden in Him. There is no other answer. THAT is Zoe to a fallen planet, and there are no exceptions whatsoever. That is the gospel: the good news of Jesus Christ and the good news of the kingdom of Jesus Christ.
The ecosystem is not for paradise; the ecosystem is for healing those who want to be healed, and need more than a program, a speech, and a calendar appointment to do so. Exposure to Jesus in others 24/7/365.
