Return His Love and Affections

Imagine living as a young man or young woman, in a land far, far away. You are trying to make a decision about who you will spend the rest of your life with, working with side-by-side. There are two that you REALLY care about deeply. 1) One politely accepts your kindnesses, generally does a good job, and is trustworthy in most regards. 2) The other loves to run into your arms when they see you, enjoys you thoroughly, and also is trustworthy in most regards. WHICH ONE to be with, work with side-by-side for the next zillion years? Hmmm. Let me see. Duh! ... Who does GOD have the most interest in investing in—the ones who are basically trustworthy and do a pretty good job? ... or the ones that LOVE to be with Him, RUN into His arms whenever they can, and are trustworthy too? Which one are YOU?? “AND THIS STORY WILL BE TOLD OF HER AS A MEMORIAL, TO ALL GENERATIONS. SHE HAS DONE THE NEEDFUL THING!” (Matt. 26:6-13). BE THAT PERSON THAT POURS OUT YOUR AFFECTIONS ON HIM AS A WAY OF LIFE!!! 8:45 a.m.
