The Day the Music Dies?
4/24/2018
There was an old Don McLean song with the quote “the day the music died.” Ignoring what he meant, there is a truth there. Paul took the path, the day the music was born, “I was not disobedient to the vision from heaven.” If you want to know the day the music dies, it is the Esau day, the day we choose to let flesh rule us, or laziness or attitudes or human preferences - or fears or ambitions. On that day that the levy will begin to be dry - and the music dies. The alternative is that we Embrace more and more and more, and more parts and instruments join the crescendo of the Symphony, the Opus. 8:09 a.m.
