This… Is The Wise Choice

“2Shake off your dust; rise up, sit enthroned, O Jerusalem. Free yourself from the chains on your neck, O captive Daughter of Zion. 3For this is what the Lord says: You were sold for nothing, and without money you will be redeemed.” Isaiah 52:2-3

Just to ponder... an attitude of energy and risk and sacrifice IS A REASONABLE RESPONSE to the FACT that 1) alone we are nothing. God’s kindness to us has not been earned, 2) nor is our future something we can control or even survive without His kindness and embracing and investing in His specific Plan. The smug disconnect of thinking we have or can deserve a future and hope is a fatal mistake.

Acknowledging every minute His kindness, and embracing and investing in His specific Plan... is the wise choice.
