Fear—the enemy’s ploy

...To make you hide

...To make you freeze

...To make you retaliate

And thus become his toy

This world—dark and broken

...To remind you of Somewhere

...To whisper its wonderful Hope

...To point to Forever

And for that, you have been chosen!

Scars—this world’s gift

...To reveal what you have inside

...To discover, is your vision past your nose?

...To strengthen for what lies ahead

And therefore you can be one to Uplift!

Love—the Maker’s answer

...To heal your wounds

...To open your eyes

...To see your neighbor

And set you free from this cancer!
