A TRUE Christian Never WANTS to be "The Guy"

In the religious world, some people want to be the guy up front—the guy standing up who dishes out the blessings and captures the attention, and affection, and respect, and legacy. In true Christianity, any True Christian would hate the idea of being looked at. We are ALL only and ever the ones on our knees with our heads bowed, or we’ve missed something terribly. Eventually, Peter, and John, and others had to stand up and do something, but they never wanted to be “the guy.” They were not waiting for their turn. All they ever wanted to do was report to others who The Guy is, so that they too can bow and get on their knees “at the name of Jesus.”
