A Dream: Truth Sets FREE and Grace Teaches

The abhorrent filthy nature of emotional seduction and end result:
I had a dream that one whom I loved in Christ received a wrong phone number call, and accidentally answered it. When the mistake was recognized, the obvious reaction was to say “You have the wrong number, sorry.” And hang up. But the shrewd caller appealed to their ego and insecurities and the pains of normal life with a quick “playful” response of, “But wait! Just one second. Before you go, can you just answer one question for me?” And then asked something “funny.”
That was the beginning of the end for the person who had held on to the secret idol of wanting more attention, respect, and affection in their day-to-day existence amongst the saints and family. That phone call lasted thirty minutes, off in another room from Believers. No one asked. And that phone call led to a warm unthinking “glow” of how fun and fulfilling was that conversation—just the perfect fit for the idolatry and unspoken resentment of carnal dreams unfulfilled and UNCRUCIFIED. One secret phone rendezvous led to two others and some email short notes, all secret and creating that same “glow” of scintillated pulsating mysterious satanic flesh—a desire for “more” of the elixir of “emotional fulfillment” and “bonding dreams” that they had not previously burnt on the Altar before Jesus.
Without detail, the story ended VERY badly for that one, deceived by their own flesh and the illusions satan created right in the spot in the victim’s heart and mind that was never crucified. When asked about the discovered clandestine betrayal to the enemy, there was a deep look in the eyes of confident empowered cockiness—drunk on self-satisfaction and hope from satan’s “promises.” Satan whispers for us to parrot, “They’re smart—like I deserve, they’re good looking—like I deserve, they’re spiritual—like I deserve, they treat me right, they think I’m pretty or handsome, they’re fun, the adventure is stimulating and different…they understa-yand me.” In this case, in the dream, their self-deceived life—body, soul, and spirit—were destroyed forever in the most ghastly ways as the story played out, and the emotional seduction turned into a nightmare for them and all who had loved them.
“Satan is a liar and murderer” and “masquerades” with cleverness unimaginably potent to the naive. Leave nothing for him. Leave NOTHING in your heart for the enemy to target. Leave nothing for him. “The prince of this world has come, but he has NOTHING in me.” “THE prince OF THIS WORLD HAS COME, BUT he HAS NOTHING IN ME!”
