Would You Still "Buy" In?

If you KNEW the probable outcome statistically in your life and marriage and children—of IC, OC, HC, ABC, SC, PBD—would you still “buy” in? World-wide we’ve noticed that all of these are generally absent of the daily CrossLife of Acts 2:42-47, 1Cor.12, Heb.3:12-14, John 15... Our flesh and satan’s tricks always tend to redirect us towards the “padded cross” of programs and gimmicks and externals and the latest cool book to prop us up and make us feel good about ourselves, while we “stay in control”. But, it all ends up the same place, whether in a living room or coliseum or steepled temple. At least as long as we give in to satan’s tricks to stay in “control”—which is really satan’s control.
Knowing the admitted probability of catastrophe (see links below) would you still “buy” in, simply because the “music” or “sermon” or “programs” are “good” at first glance?
Let’s expect ALL of Jesus and His Life, and even “greater works than these”—as we live IN Him, together! The choice is made FIRST in our hearts, to not protect our flesh from the Cross any longer. The LIFE overflows from that, and cannot be Experienced ANY other way. No programs or gimmicks will get you there. John 12:24
