A Barbed-Wire Fence Doesn’t Make a Comfortable Seat

As some have discovered recently, others long ago, “dying to self” is absolutely by definition painful! But then, living in resurrection power, judging angels, and being an “equal yoke” for Jesus when we see him face-to-face... Well, duh! Why would we think we can just prance into something so supernatural just by throwing a nickel into a wishing well, or collection plate, or punching a ticket by attending something or joining a club?! So embrace the cross or walk away, but there’s no middle ground. A barbed-wire fence is uncomfortable to sit on for too terribly long :-). 2:22 p.m.
