In the Garden, Listening for the Whisper

Somehow, many of you have let the static and noise and Lord of the flies buzz buzz into the Garden where there should only be the Whisper and the butterfly wings beating. Relax. The Battle is the Lord’s. We have nothing to defend, and even chattering about it is more noise that makes the Whisper difficult to hear. Jesus wasn’t “silent” before his shearers because he was guilty, or because he was being self-controlled and heroic. It’s because nothing is worth the loss of the quiet in the Garden and the Whisper. No matter what anyone says or does. Don’t give away the quiet. There’s no need to be self-righteous or indignant, no matter what they say or do. Relax. Shhhhhh.

“Behold, he who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.” (Psalm 121:4)

Why do I not know how to know the Whisper in the Garden, the Voice of God, to not say or do anything the Father isn’t saying, as I should. Why do I not know the Spirit’s Whisper?

Why do you not know Arabic or Polish?

Because you’re not PAYING ATTENTION to the context, and learning, because you either don’t yet have the Equipment of ReBirth, or you aren’t dealing with the NOISE of your motor and flesh and desires and fears and love of the world and man-pleasing and busyness. MOTIVES BLOCK THE QUIET WHISPER of the Spirit’s Voice. And the frustration of pursuing your motives in some X-Y religious prideful fearful way is also NOISE.

Let it go. Die to you, and open your hands, your fear of consequences, your fear of not getting it right, your fear of others, your fear of yourself.

TRUST. Shhhhhhh. Listen. Pick up on the motors and motives that are the blocking noise keeping you from Him.

Just like a person immersed in the Arabic or Polish language that is PAYING ATTENTION to context can learn, so also we can learn the language of heaven, the language of anointing, the language of God if we pay attention to the things that block it and abandon ourselves into immersion into Him, in the world but not of it. Ever.
