System vs. Ecosystem. You don’t “construct” the Kingdom, you cultivate it. An ecosystem of people, with true predators trying to stop or eat the crop. Just as Jesus encountered for the same reasons: there was so much noise, chaos, innuendo, lies, threats... just enough to vet and cull the marginal, and those with an agenda.
