Let Go of the Anchor of Self!

“Infrastructure.” It is primarily invisible to the naked eye, but essential. Structural Principles. Ignore them at your own risk.

The Designer built constraining parameters into His earth, and His seen universe. Gravity. Entropy. Photosynthesis. Tides and winds. Periodic chart electron exchange “rules.” Newtonian and relativistic “Laws.”

Here’s the rub. In spite of our three pounds of goo between our ears, humans, inexplicably smart and survivalist, so easily Resort to emotional salves and chemical release drugs.

Sometimes in religion. Sometimes in hatred of “religion.”

The turnstile moves both directions every day.

What “doesn’t work”? The nearly ubiquitous franchising of world religions, Western and Eastern, atheism and ritualistic superstition; competing, warring, judging, hating.

The “fig leaf” of hiding from God and ourselves: ceremony, ritual, symbolism, atheism, pride, attendance, money, or “medicine man” clergy.

“Be very careful how you build.”

Abba, God, or the other names...

He is not so worried about your culture, or style, your ethnicity or your education, social status, nationality, age, or that stuff.

The Shepherd of the sheep, the Great Physician, the Author of Life, the Architekton of time, the seen and the unseen:

The “hidden” infrastructure of our lives, the “hidden” structural principles. That is what Logos Lived, Taught, and then “scaled” in and through us.

Acts 2:42-47 was Him. God’s “beachhead” onto the planet. We need only let go of the anchor of Self, and trust His hand reaching for us.
