Unhidden, Exposed, Open…. Leads to Freedom!

speech bubble representing person 1 talking Have you considered the CONTEXT of this essential Truth of God’s Heart?

“For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account.” Hebrews 4:12-13

This particular word “open” is only used ONCE in the New Testament Greek. It is to bow your head and expose your neck to the sword, “open” willingly, for decapitation. Reread it, now that you know that?

Is the CONTEXT for all of this SCARY? I guess it’s not scary.

“There remains therefore a REST for the people of God. For he who has entered His REST has himself also ceased from his works - as God did from His.

“Let us therefore be diligent to enter that REST, lest anyone fall according to the same example of disobedience. For the word of God is living and powerful...” Hebrews 4:9-12

Unhidden, unafraid, exposed, without pretense or guile, seen, open...

...leads to FREEDOM. REST.

It’s not scary. It’s essential to love the Light, if we wish to be Free, and to Rest.

To lose my own head, with all its headcase problems, and gain Jesus’ headship... What an offer!

speech bubble representing person 4 talking When putting into practice asking the “why’s”, to expose the motives of my heart for the necessary unraveling... that’s the place it led me to. I don’t belong in heaven. I can never enter. An axe to the neck would be more fitting. But then it brought me right back to the blood. Of course, it’s the only basis I will be able to enter Heaven. Poor poor poor in Spirit, theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven. Fully known. Fully seen. Fully accepted because of the blood. That’s a place of Rest for me.

It's not scary, it's essential
