The Lord Thy God Is One

Just to add a fine point that He makes here, when we baptize “in the Name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit” — what IS that Name? Think about it. What is the NAME we baptize in, we pray in? One Name.

There is no “trinity” per se. Just as “white light” from the sun is really THREE PRIMARY COLORS as a prism or rainbow 🌈 proves, and then even SEVEN nuanced colors, it is still ONE.

So what is that ONE NAME? What is that One Name we baptize in, and why?

The name of JESUS. Because HE is the One who shed His blood and whose Blood now amazingly covers me and enables me to dare to come before His Father’s throne.

JESUS’s Life and Death and Blood and Resurrection is the only thing! that makes any relationship with Him, His Father, His Spirit possible!

Yes, Jesus! Because He was the Word made flesh. In Him was the Life. All things were made through Him! To those who believe in His name He gives the right to become children of God. (John)

“For this reason also [because He obeyed and so completely humbled Himself], God has highly exalted Him and bestowed on Him the name which is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus every knee shall bow [in submission], of those who are in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and that every tongue will confess and openly acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord (sovereign God), to the glory of God the Father.” Philippians 2:9-11 AMP

“And Peter said to them, “Repent [change your old way of thinking, turn from your sinful ways, accept and follow Jesus as the Messiah] and be baptized, each of you, in the name of Jesus Christ because of the forgiveness of your sins; and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.” Acts 2:38 AMP

Because Yesu, Yeshua, is the WORD (the expression into the world) that made the heavens and the earth, and miracle BEYOND miracles - YAHWEH joined us on the Journey from flesh to “partakers of the Divine nature” to open the Door by His blood, and to show us how to live by His Spirit! JESUS YESU YESHUA is the NAME because He is the only Bridge possible between a God “I AM” whose very name could not be spoken because He is so OTHER!

So there is NO difference between “baptizing in the Name of the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit” and immersing in the Name of Jesus the Christ. That IS the “Name of the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit” - because that Name is the IMPOSSIBLE BRIDGE from the third dimension mammal and human “mental” and “emotional” life — into the fifth dimension of the unseen of Zoe and “the third heaven” that can’t be seen with a telescope!

And so I repeat:

And a few verses later, “THIS is Zoe - to experience YOU ... and the Anointed One” who made You huggable.

“Praise His Name, I’m fixed upon it”!
