"Oh No! There’s a BIG PROBLEM !"

10/4/2025

speech bubble representing person 1 talkingWhich number are YOU, when things hurt, or things change, or things are scary or dangerous:

1. Whine, cry, complain, blame, get grumpy. Or,

2. “What am I going to do?!” Or,

3. “What are WE going to do, Father?!” Orrrrrrr,

4. “What will YOU do, Father?!”

It takes the biggest man or woman in crisis to say-think-pray-react—“STAND STILL AND SEE THE DELIVERANCE THE LORD WILL BRING.”

As with David and Goliath—“The battle is the Lord’s!”—we will likely have a part to play.

BUT the number four response above, in concert with Life in the Spirit, is VERY different from number three—let alone in an entirely different UNIVERSE from numbers one and two.

PLEASE reread them?

Which “number,” when in pain or confusion or crisis, are YOU?

Which WILL you be?

speech bubble representing person 2 talkingAfter much failure, and attempting 1 and 2, it is no longer rational to include “me” in the solutioning process. I’ve been driven to 4. Failure still happens, but 4 is home—Hope.

speech bubble representing person 3 talkingI think 1-B is “Numb the pain.” That’s far too often been the solution for me in the past. I’m Learning to Turn. NOW choosing 4!

speech bubble representing person 4 talkingOh Father, not just when in pain but EVERY day! What will YOU do with our today?! Break through! We need your daily Deliverance—unto the Full Measure and Stature of Your Anointed.

speech bubble representing person 5 talkingThis phrase “some were tortured refusing to be released” (Hebrews 11:35) has been cemented in my heart for several months now. I haven’t always known clearly what it means practically every day for me, but I’ve been holding onto it tightly for some time. The other day, when the message came, about being lucid, and Jesus learning obedience by the things He suffered, it started to click into place so much deeper!

To not stay lucid through the mammal-skin living, temptations, circumstances, pain, etc—to not stay lucid IS to allow myself to “be released” in some way. But instead of suffering in that way Jesus did by choosing to be lucid at all times, and not offering myself a way out or a lesser path that dulls pain with fogginess—THAT is a way to refuse to be released. And I have THAT opportunity every day, all throughout the day.

I REFUSE TO BE RELEASED from that suffering Jesus chose of “staying LUCID while battling the X Y axis,1 the tree of knowledge of good and evil, the want to know, the desire to be important, the obsession to be happy or entertained or ‘understood’ or liked or loved, or contented by hormones and other vices.”

I have faaar too often taken a lower path of “release” from the lucidity. :/ But have tasted it, and by His grace learning to drink from that cup more every day.

“There were others who were tortured, refusing to be released so that they might gain an even better resurrection.” Like our Jesus. And flowers bloom where there were none...

speech bubble representing person 3 talkingLet it be so... in EVERY heart and life that wears His Name!

1In this conversation, the XY-axis versus the Z-axis is being used as an illustration of the difference between eating from the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil vs. eating of the Tree of Life. XY-axis living is a “flat,” natural living of good vs. evil. Z-axis is a supernatural Zoe life in Jesus. Back
