Life on the Z Axis

By the way, everyone who does not live by the tree of life and the Spirit is a pleasure and comfort seeker by definition. Everyone. Cipher only has one way. Jesus only has one way. And they function either on the x-y axis or on the z axis.

From a conversation yesterday:
“Words on the x and y axis are either true or false, good or bad. Painful or joyful. Words on the z axis are creative or destructive. They either create something new or they destroy something valuable. Words on the z axis have substance. John 1: “The word was with God, the word was God...”

This is why faith is the victory that overcomes the world. Radio is on the x and y axis. FAITH is on the z axis. Romans 4: “Against all hope. Abraham in Hope believed...” If you don’t take the seed and believe it like Abraham, then you are living on the x and y axis. Words create your Future. Hebrews 11:6: “Without faith it’s impossible to please God.” You can’t make God happy if you don’t believe in what you can’t see.”

("Radio" = our spinning, chattering, analytical noisy thoughts that are not of Christ -- our radio of self-indulgence, self-justification, accusation and judgment, mopey, looping, fantasies, comparison, pride, fears, and more.)

An analogy... Four people go to the top of a tall building called “Jesus” or “Eternal Life” or “Christianity”.

Just JUMP!

Person one won’t jump. It’s too high and they don’t want to hurt or lose their future plans.

Person two wants to jump because they’re too embarrassed not to jump now that everyone is watching and expecting. So they jump. And die.

Person three is sure God will make them fly. So they jump. And die.

Person four trusts that whether they live or die, fly or don’t fly, Jesus deserves everything. They jump. They are still falling to this day. The outcome and details are still unknown. But Jesus is smiling. He did that too.

One question.
Who can POSSIBLY hold hands?
Only those who won’t jump, and who are “dead even while they live” - the walking dead...

And those who are all still falling Together all this time later, the “Church.” Geronimo!

It is futile and ridiculous to hold hands with any of the others. It CAN’T end well. And it’s not permitted, lest we share their certain fate - revealing we weren’t “falling for Jesus” any more than they were.

An “atheist” who rejects religion is a wise man or woman. An “atheist” who rejects God - simply doesn’t want to be accountable.

True Followers of God are not superstitious or gullible or stupid. They are, instead, fearless and selfless.

This makes me think how in the natural realm, humans are not equipped to travel much in the z axis. We can walk around in the horizontal plane and maybe jump up a few feet, but we can’t just “decide” to fly upwards into the sky. It’s the same in the unseen realms... except that Jesus has given us the supernatural ability to SOAR upwards towards Him. The picture that came to mind was not passively “ascending”, but as if His love really has “given us wings”, that we actively choose to use! To speak words of eternal substance, to take faith-filled action and turn off the racing unproductive mind, to love someone enough that I would risk hurting their feelings in drawing them closer to Jesus... is to use the wings Jesus has given us. It takes work to fly toward Him, but totally totally worth it and amazing to leave flat-lander distractions behind us daily, moment-by-moment. Jesus’ life was full of those supernatural, z-axis words and actions.

Wanted to pass on because I found it to be an encompassing, en-couraging, worth-reading reminder to me of what in the world I, we and all things exist for. That He would be ALL in ALL in and through us. And it’s only by dying, putting flesh to death, because by faith we See—not knowing right stuff or doing right stuff etc or anything on that x,y plane—that He can emanate through broken jars of clay the Only One worth emanating.
